Registration

The current registration fee is $2,295 ($2,195 for additional attendees from the same firm) through June 13, 2025 and includes the conference, all meals, receptions, and optional participation in our special events. The fee does not include your hotel room so please contact The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón for a special room rate of $275 per night with $28 resort fee, complimentary access to the fitness center and free self-parking. Registration Requirements

Attendees must be a full-time employee of an A/E firm. In an effort to protect the integrity of the sponsors, those wishing to deliver a message to our audience must register as a sponsor and will not be allowed to register as an attendee. ROG+ Partners reserves the right to refuse registrations from potential sponsors as regular attendees. See the Partners & Sponsors page to learn more.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are 100% refundable up until noon EST Monday, October 13, 2025 — after that, a full credit will be issued towards the 2026 Conference.
