Beginning with your arrival on Wednesday, you can elect to play in the ACEC Research Institute Golf Classic at the beautiful Tiburón Golf Club and home of the LPGA CME Championship and the QBE Shark Shootout.

Join the principals of ROG+ Partners Wednesday, November 6th in a pre-conference workshop on the Latest Statistics and Trends on Company Valuations and Transaction Structures from 1:00 to 2:30 pm and Effective M&A Strategies for A/E Firms from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. This popular workshop will highlight the most successful ownership models employed by privately held A/E firms for the first half of the workshop and cover macro industry and economic trends and observations. The second half of the workshop will cover the forces driving consolidation among firms today, valuation trends and common deal structures and models. in the second half. 

And of course, you can just spend your afternoon at the pool, play tennis, hit the gym or spa — or grab some reading materials and sit on the beach.

Wednesday Night
Whatever your plans are on Wednesday afternoon, be sure to make the Welcome Reception and golf awards sponsored by Ames & Gough at the Tiburón Golf Clubhouse adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton at 6:30 pm. Be ready to meet more of your peers from all over the United States and Canada as well as our speakers and sponsors. It’s a great way to kick-off the event; hors d’œuvres, quesadillas and sliders with an open bar overlooking the 9th hole. Dress is casual and spouses or companions are more than welcome!

Thursday Night
The BIG ROG+ Reception is Thursday night at the RIA Restaurant outside and poolside. After a full day of keynotes and panel discussions - get ready to enjoy the BIG ROG+ Reception from 6:30 – 9:30 pm. Time to kick-back and listen to the soft tunes of Trevor and enjoy plenty of hors d’œurves, carving stations with an open bar and fine wines. Always a highlight and spouses and companions are welcome! Dress is more upscale casual.

Friday
We’ll wrap it up after a great breakfast, a new panel discussion with ACEC Research Institute members, a keynote, final comments and two roundtable discussions.

Friday afternoon, attendees will have the choice to attend the annual ROG+ Grand Slam Fishing Tournament or the Unanet sponsored Naples Bay Cruise. Plan on boarding an open-air trolley in front of the Ritz-Carlton at 12:30 pm for a 15-minute ride to Port-o-Call Marina.

Those fishing will grab lunch and beverages and board the nine fishing vessels with experienced and fun captains for some backwater sport fishing. After the 3½ hour outing (from 1:00 to 4:30) we will reconvene back at the marina and head back to The Ritz-Carlton, Tiburón. Limited to 52 anglers.

Those selecting the afternoon cruise will board the Naples Princess and will experience the natural beauty of Naples Bay and the spectacular homes of Port Royal. The cruise length is 2 hours and lunch and full bar will be provided. Your trolley will be waiting for you for the return trip to the The Ritz-Carlton, Tiburón. Limited to 100 passengers.
